Sailing upwind smartly and quickly is often the key to a successful race, and this webinar series will take a wholistic look at the ingredients you need to 'defeat the beat.' The four sessions are about Strategy, Rules, Speed and Tactics. Specific topics include picking the favored side, playing wind shifts, current, measuring risk, crossing tactics, covering, tacking, understanding key rules, rules at windward marks, sail trim guides, changing gears and lots more! All sessions are run by Dave Dellenbaugh and go for about 90 minutes.
