It covers a wide range of boatspeed, strategic and tactical topics that apply to many different boats, upwind and downwind, for both skippers and crews. Speed topics include all the key rules of thumb for setting up your boat and sail trim to go fast in the upper and lower wind ranges. Strategic topics include all the ways that light or heavy air can affect which way you want to go, plus guidelines on how and when to adjust your tactical moves relative to other boats. All sessions are run by Dave Dellenbaugh and go for 90+ minutes.
