Part 4 is a detailed Q&A about the most relevant questions that have been asked (but not yet answered) during the webinar. The goal of this webinar is to 1) explain in detail what's different in the new 2025-2028 rulebook; and 2) build your confidence about sailing under the new (and old) rules for the next four years! The content is geared to all types of boats for both skippers and crews. All sessions are taught by Dave Dellenbaugh and go for 90+ minutes. Great refresher for all rules that have changed and remained the same.
