The rules that apply at marks can often seem confusing – that's why we're running this in-depth webinar series about mark-rounding rules.
On four consecutive Mondays (starting Nov. 23), Dave Dellenbaugh will use videos, animations, photos, Q&As, and quizzes to improve your rule understanding and confidence near marks. The webinar will explore questions like:

  •  What is mark-room? When does it begin and end? • What should I do when I’m not sure which boat gets mark-room?
  •  When and how can a boat be exonerated for breaking a rule at a mark?
  •  Do mark-rounding rules apply at the start and finish?
  •  What are some good tactical moves the rules allow at marks?


All webinar sessions start at 8 pm US ET (UTC-5) and go for 90+ minutes. Even if you can't attend all (or any!) of the live webinars, every registrant will get links to watch all 4 sessions whenever they want.

The goal of this webinar series is to raise your levels of comfort and success when rounding marks near other boats. The content is geared to skippers and crews with intermediate to advanced rules knowledge. The price for the series is $55* ($60 after 10/31) which includes:
