This new four-part webinar series offers a detailed explanation of three complex rules that come into play at marks and obstructions: Rule 18 (Mark-Room); Rule 19 (Room to Pass an Obstruction); and Rule 20 (Room to Tack at an Obstruction). Dave Dellenbaugh and Dave Perry explain the meaning of each rule (including all the changes to those rules in the 2021-2024 rulebook) and take an in-depth look at common situations at marks and obstructions around the race course. The Daves use videos, quizzes, animation and frequent references to relevant appeals and cases. While one Dave is presenting, the other Dave is answering questions in the Chat (all included in this package). All sessions are 90+ minutes.
